The MaidSafe team are inviting developers to sign up for their DevCon in April, taking place at the Racecourse in Ayr, Scotland. The British-based project is headquartered nearby and members of the team are hoping to celebrate St George\'s Day on April 23rd with some concentrated networking.
\r\nThe focus is on developers, so anyone with an urge to get involved in new projects and work on decentralisation will be welcomed. So much so that MaidSafe are even offering to pay for two nights\' accommodation and food at the conference – so what are you waiting for? Numbers will, however, be limited, and if demands exceeds the Racecourse\'s capacity (as organisers expect), MaidSafe will be drawing names out of a hat.
\r\nThe entire MaidSafe team, converging on Scotland from various undisclosed global locations, will be visiting their HQ that weekend, so it\'s a unique opportunity to take advantage of their combined presence. The full agenda will be confirmed in due course. For those unable to attend in person, the event will be streamed live on social media, with videos of the conference being made available afterwards.
\r\nMaidSafe are in the process of developing a non-blockchain solution to a secure and autonomous network, where absolute data privacy would be ensured.
The blockchain industry has grown exponentially, disrupting traditional markets and creating new opportunities for innovation.
