Lykke, the Swiss-based fintech company, announced on February 16th that it has updated its Lykke Wallet to improve its user experience, on advice and comments received from existing users. The LykkeX Ethereum-based platform functions as a global marketplace, linking both digital and fiat currencies. It was formed as an offshoot of a 2013 forex trading operation by parent company, Lykke, and uses the LKK native token.
\r\nThe Wallet has been updated to iOS v5.6 and Android v12.8.4 and offers a brand new home screen. For Android users there is an updated credit card deposit process and a voice request feature for messages. Available for both operating systems is a reduction in time for refreshing balances, which has been reduced from hours to minutes. A feature has also been added which enables editing of limited orders. More updates are included in the release notes for each OS.
\r\nLykke\'s LKK coin is currently standing at #249 in global market cap rankings and is valued at about US$0.15. This is about half its value of a month ago, and its performance since an all-time high of $0.40 in August last year has been generally downhill. The new Wallet release will hopefully put some spring back into Lykke\'s step as user experience is improved.
