The digital currency Dash has announced a partnership with the largest of the prepaid cryptocurrency top-up companies, Bitrefill. The partnership will mean that customers of Dash will now be able to top up their mobile phones, pay for vouchers and monthly bills, as well as topping up the gaming platform Steam, through Bitrefill.
\r\nBitrefill has made the move due to customer pressure to add the cryptocurrency to its platform. Users had requested implementation due to Dash\'s low transaction fees and high transaction speeds.
\r\nDash has been available since 2014 and has developed over the years to solve the problems that Bitcoin has suffered from at certain points. Transactions involving Dash are shown to take only 4 seconds in total before being confirmed, and the costs associated with a Dash transaction are much lower than you would expect to experience with other digital currencies.
\r\nBoth companies have been developed on a premise of assisting customers in several countries where there isn\'t a secure traditional banking service, and often, problems of hyperinflation. It is an interesting pair up between the two companies, and could see progress for both continue as more users experience the benefits of the collaboration.
