Since the first ICO, the value of NEO has skyrocketed from $0.03 to $88.20.
\r\n\r\nVitalik Buterin and his team launched Ethereum in 2014. The Ethereum ICO raised $16 million. Since then, Ethereum has grown rapidly and now has the second largest market capitalisation after bitcoin. The value of an Ethereum token has increased by 230,000% since the ICO.
\r\n\r\nLisk is the first cryptocurrency to use a modular blockchain which allows users to create their own apps. In early 2016, the Lisk developers, Max Kordek and Oliver Beddow, launched an ICO which raised over $5.8 million in one month. Since then, the value of a Lisk token has increased by 19,080%.
\r\n\r\nPopulous was developed by Steve Nico Williams and his team using the Ethereum protocol. During an ICO held in June 2017, the platform raised over $10 million. Since that time the value of the Populous PPT token has increased by 6,800%.
\r\n\r\nThis UK-based startup has created a platform which is compatible with a wide range of Microsoft products. During an ICO held in the summer of 2016, Stratis raised $549,000. However, since that time, investors have seen a 56,000% return on their investment.
