The CEO and Founder of Loopring, Daniel Wang, was interviewed by Forbes this week and gave his considered opinion on successful leadership qualities. As a proven leader in the field of technology and blockchain, Wang is eminently qualified to define the necessary qualities, with Loopring's recent performance giving its LRC token a positive rebound to #58 in global market cap rankings.
Loopring is based in China, though registered in the British Virgin Islands, and there is also a Loopring Foundation headquartered in New York. The company uses an open-source, decentralised blockchain protocol. This addresses some of the greatest problems existing in centralised cryptocurrency exchanges and allows cross-exchange transfers. Eventually the project hopes to support cross-blockchain capability with other projects.
Functioning also as a decentralised digital exchange, Loopring uses a ring-mining system, which automates orders and leaves tokens in the user's possession. This shields users from external risk factors, and increases the transparency and security of all its transactions.
As a leader, Wang is a prime example, given his experience in building Loopring. The company achieved a major goal last year when the LRC was added to the huge HitBTC cryptocurrency exchange, and was further applauded in January for establishing a Blockchain Research Program at UC Berkeley.
