VeChain has issued a statement announcing that it is not related to the Fusion project. Several people became confused following Fusion\'s recent assertions that VeChain was connected to the company.
\r\nVeChain stressed that they are in no way connected with the business, highlighting that they do not collaborate on any of the same projects, share team members, or share in investments or a partnership with the Fusion project.
\r\nThe company also asked that users of VeChain services did not take their information on the company and its association from other sources in the future, stating that they always sought to be transparent on every aspect of how the business was run.
\r\nVeChain\'s distancing from the Fusion project comes in the wake of several claims that the company is a scam.
\r\nA recent Medium article pulled up some potential red flags in regards to the company. A Medium staff member undertook a number of Linkedin searches of Fusion\'s top-ranking employees, and found that several of the profiles appeared to be fake, with Fusion\'s supposed employees seemingly possessing few interests, a scarce education background and a limited number of network connections.
\r\nAssigning another black mark to the company\'s record, the author also noted that the company do not have a whitelist or any KYC.
