DigiByte has revealed that it has partnered with HODL (a crypto fashion brand) to launch its own style of merchandise. Announcing the news on 5th February, they explained that 15% of all funds would be donated to the foundation. The clothing can be bought online, and features the HODL logo incorporated into modern slogans.

DigiByte is a cryptocurrency that has its own decentralised Blockchain. Claiming to be the fastest, longest and safest UTXO Blockchain, it was developed to succeed Bitcoin. It has also been confirmed that there is a capped amount of 21 billion coins to be mined by 2035, over 1,000 times the amount of Bitcoins. DigiByte\'s initial goal was to connect digital currencies with the gaming community, rewarding players with the DGB token, but this aspect was closed in May 2017.

One benefit of DigiByte is DigiShield, a process that protects its Blockchain against multi-pools. In addition to this, Microsoft also added their program to Azure and also nominated the digital currency for BizSpark, a platform that supports and helps software start-ups.

With transactions being processed in just 1.5 minutes, and possessing 5 algorithms in comparison to Bitcoin\'s 1, DigiByte appears to be more advanced than Bitcoin. However, many argue that this competition with Bitcoin could also be its downfall.
